These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zadza platform. By registering or using the site, you accept these terms in full.
1. Description of Service
Zadza is a free platform for posting listings in the adult services sector. The platform provides tools for publishing, searching, and viewing listings, but is not a party to any agreements between users. All platform features are available free of charge.
2. Submitting a Listing
- Registration on the platform is not required — listings are submitted via the form on the "Post Listing" page
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact information and content of the listing
- Your account is linked to a phone number. To maintain catalogue quality we consolidate duplicate accounts that share the same phone number (phone deduplication) — the lawful basis is the controller's legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / RODO. You may contact us to merge or split accounts.
- Transfer of an account to third parties is prohibited
3. Posting Listings
By posting a listing, you guarantee that:
- All information is accurate and up-to-date
- You own the photos and they were taken with your consent
- The content does not violate the law or platform rules
- You are 18 years of age or older
4. "Premium" Block
Listings in the "Premium" block are not paid promotions. They are selected automatically based on quality criteria: completeness of the profile, availability of verified photos, and relevance. The platform does not charge for posting or promoting listings.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Zadza platform:
- Does not provide the services listed in the listings
- Does not guarantee the accuracy of the information in the listings
- Is not responsible for the interaction between users
- Does not compensate for losses arising from the use of the platform
6. Intellectual Property
All elements of the platform (design, logo, software code, texts) are the intellectual property of Zadza. Copying, reproduction, or use of materials without written consent is prohibited.
7. Termination of Use
We have the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform in case of violation of these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law. Users can delete their account at any time.
8. Change of Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Polish law. The parties will seek to resolve any disputes amicably. Failing that, disputes are heard by the courts of the consumer's place of residence — pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 and the mandatory consumer-protection rules. Use of the Platform from other countries does not exempt the user from complying with the applicable local law. These Terms do not limit the consumer rights guaranteed by mandatory law.
10. DSA contact points and notice of illegal content
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act — DSA): the contact point for users (Art. 12 DSA) is [email protected], in the languages supported by this tenant; the contact point for authorities (Art. 11 DSA) is the same address, in English, during business hours; the notice-and-action mechanism for illegal content (Art. 16 DSA) accepts submissions via the "Write to us" section or at [email protected]. A notice should identify the specific listing (URL), explain why the content is alleged to be illegal, include the notifier's contact details, and contain a good-faith statement. We act without undue delay. The current transparency report (Art. 24 DSA) is available on request. The Platform does not meet the Art. 33 DSA threshold (VLOP / VLOSE) and is not subject to the obligations specific to very large online platforms.
