Lomi Lomi, on the other hand, is a Hawaiian relaxation massage performed with fluid, long movements, often using forearms. It's not just a light "stroking" massage – it works deeply but in a very pleasant, harmonizing way. It's excellent for stress, exhaustion, and mental tension.
